Because of unsure what happen and how it happen I would start out with increasing water change and add salt. 90% of the time this will help. Don't forget to increase the temp and when you increase the temp add more air stone for more oxygen. Arowana heal fast, so start out with that for a few weeks so what happen.

Almond leaf wont help, it only lower down the PH and stress coat is junk (IMO). just keep up with water change and salt. So I just the water change and add salt to it then it gonna be find ?I've had this very same thing happened to a jardini of similar size , also posted on a thread on here.
I never really did discover the cause , I just increased my wc schedule by 20% and added salt it soon cleared up
