Arowana

I have a arowana that I just bought for 2 week and he started so the symptoms that have the black scale , but he still eating find . Can anyone help tell what kinda disease is this , and how to treat it plz have me I really love him. I don't want him to die

unsure what exactly its, could be ammonia burn or some type of bad water condition. Because of unsure what happen and how it happen I would start out with increasing water change and add salt. 90% of the time this will help. Don't forget to increase the temp and when you increase the temp add more air stone for more oxygen. Arowana heal fast, so start out with that for a few weeks so what happen.

I doing the 50% water change and the dark thing it getting better . I going to order the almond leave and the stress coat to put it in

Almond leaf wont help, it only lower down the PH and stress coat is junk (IMO). just keep up with water change and salt. Salt is good for stress and cheap than stress coat.

I see but how many day do I Need to change the water ?

if you do 80 % weekly, i would do 40% every 3 days..you can do less but more often.

It does look like an ammonia burn.

I've had this very same thing happened to a jardini of similar size , also posted on a thread on here.
I never really did discover the cause , I just increased my wc schedule by 20% and added salt it soon cleared up
