There's a 50/50 chance that it would work or maybe little as leis and jars are agressive. Try researching about them 1st and if you're not that experienced then I suggest keeping one for now because you'll just waste your money if everything fails. Try asking Koji, he can tell you something about it :D.

No, I would not get an Arapaima because of the insanity of its size.

I'm planning ahead. Basically, I want to discuss these plans now so that when I actually do it, I would already have some good pointers.

8x4x4 is small for all of them to be comfortable as silvers tend to reach 30+' in captivity, but you better think about jars and leis. You might not want to end up losing all of them leaving your jar or lei alone.
 
yea ur gona need like a 10' 6' 4' or a 12' 8' 4' but u will need a larger tank i could barely keep a jar and a sliver in a 10' 6' 4' so its gona be a pain man.

Just a jar and a silver? The community with 5-6 aro's should work better than a tank with just 2 aros. Spread the innevitable agresssion around.
