No, it's made by people trying to stop idiots who have little snakeheads that get too big, then they decimate the local population upon release. I like snakeheads too, always have, but they don't belong in the local rivers and lakes here, period.

my cousin told me he had a single piranha and he was going to let it go because he wanted to buy a dozen babys.. i told him if anything try to give it away and then if all else fails kill it.. not a good decision but better than putting it in the river and killing 100s of fish..
