ok i have my 5"+ ARTC in a 50(uk)g tank
and i have a cave as well in the tank for the fish to hide
and a big piece of driftwood

now every time someone comes to the den to look at the tanks they always ask me why have i kept an empty tank (tank with water and decor but no fish:confused:)
have heard that so many times now even i feel the tank looks kinda empty

do you guys think i can keep a few danios in the tank as some dithers
or any other ideas

no replies
i guess i will simply get some danios and try it out and see what happens

I have my 6-7" RTC in my 55 gal atm with 2 oscars a firemouth 2 plecos 5 Giant Danios and a red tail shark. very interesting combo but the RTC hasnt touched a thing. actually seems to get along really well with the red tail shark. just waiting for the RTC to hit its growth spurt so i can upgrade.

Its a different species i know that ARTC can be very nasty id go with danios or somthing.

indtead of danio's go buy a few dozen minnows they are cheaper and more expendable.

everything will be killed danios and all. you might get lucky with fast moving fish, but once the lights are turned off all hell brakes loose.
here is mine. around 7"

when it was just about 3"

did you have two at some point???? or is that second pic from a pet store??

Props to you to be daring enough to get two
