You're kidding right? Why would they be covered by the ENDANGERED Species act if they weren't endangered?
 
Asian Arowanas (Scleropages formosus and all recently named formosus variants) are:

CITES Appendix 1: includes all species threatened with extinction which are or may be affected by trade. ( C.I.T.E.S: Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species)

US Lacey Act: Supports the provisions in CITES within the US.

US Endangered Species Act: states you can't do much more than read about any species on this list.
