How can people sell Asian Aros on Aquabid from the US? There is one in Wisconsin,and one in New Jersey with some chili reds for sale.Their like $5,000. But still,how can they do this?

They can't, which is why those ads are scams. I remember the one in NJ, I think that one's been around awhile.
The ads can be one of three things, listed in the order of likelihood:
1. A scam artist looking to rip you off
2. A wildlife officer looking to arrest possible buyers (this is kind of like female cops pretending to be prostitutes)
3. An idiot with an illegal aro (trust me there are lots in the country and they are not that hard to find if you know the right people) that does not realize how stupid it is to post his aro for sale online
In any of these cases, your best bet is to just steer clear of them.
