  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
well i still think its a bit to far for bats or pitch forks..and the fact some people actually laugh about it are somewhat sick cause there still animals and shouldnt be exactly be beaten sure its a fish and what not but still try to do humane not inhumane..but as much as lake michigan goes they actually are starting to invade i live on lake huron and the dnr have already posted it as a species for lake huron..so my point being is there invasive and need to be taken out but do it humane not inhumane....

Completely agree the fun way is to go bow fishing lol but they have to go no questions asked they are a terrible species of fish that will
Kill Chicago and the fishing supply here. Idk what could possibly kill those things in the water. Like muskeys or pike?? I just know we have to make sure
Those things don't get into lake michigan. I'm up for bashing those things idc what people say.

bowfishing isnt fishing at all its just a cheap way to get a fish but im not gnna start to argue with you so just :chillpill:

Yeah well my friend caught one and your supposed to kill them when you catch them but be tryed. He used a machete blade and the blade bounced off the top part of the fishes head. They don't die that easy if that's what you think. Everyone around here does
It and only few disagree and your part of that group. And I still don't care I still wanna kill the carp.

Bowfishing isn't cheap either its very hard to master at and takes alot of practice so don't even go there.

+1 on the bowfishing is hard part. Tried all day to get a carp with a bow ad always missed. The sights aren't to useful due to refraction.

These fish eat gamefish/native eggs, so northerns and musky would not fair well.
"Technially" there are paddlefish, northern, and bass in Lake Michigan, but you are lucky to catch a trout after a full day sometimes, lol.

With regular carp, I use a big rubber mallet and one, maybe two, solid and square rapps to the top of the head end it in seconds.

DNR says to kill the Asian Carp, so donating them would probably be against the law because you are kinda exporting it to another body of water.

So who is in???
:D

someone could make a lot, of money on this i bet
collecting these fish and selling the for meat at a very low price to markets and such

good luck with the bashing

That would be a lot of fish sticks. Also have heard that they are delicious.
