I recently purchased an Asian red tail cat assuming it would have a similar temperament to a South American red tail... boy was I wrong. I figured if I kept it well fed it would keep to itself but this thing is down right viscous. It’s fine when the lights are on but as soon as they go out it’s on the hunt and will consume whatever fits in it’s mouth and if it can’t fit it then it chases and attacks fish even larger then itself. It would do best in a tank BY ITS SELF! It’s about 6 inches long not including whiskers. If someone can come get this thing tomorrow afternoon that would be sweet before it kills my fish. It’s beating on my wife’s favorite fish and she’s pissed.
