really sorry for your loss, I'm pretty sure he had a lot of potential only if he had the chance to grow up, got mine at around 4-5" about 8 1/2 months ago, couldn't sleep for a couple of nights when I got him since he was darting all over the tank even after cycling the tank for at least 2 weeks with silver dollar tankmates so I could just imagine the sorrow you felt seeing the poor fella floating in your tank
