No idea. Must have been something with the transport.

And yes, I believe that I must pay for transport. That is why I am waiting to see if anybody wants to share the box.
 
If you get the aro shipped on its own he will travel 1st class with lots of water and a polybox all of his own you may need to pay more but you know it will make the trip :D

i think he meant if you report what happened properly to the company who sent you the arow then they would be kind enough to send you one at no shipping charge..at least this is what i got out of what he was trying to say.:confused: .

No Lizz. He sent me a PM asking for the price. I politely let him know it was quite an amount, but did not disclose the price.

sorry to hear all this miguel, only just seen this thread. hope you're ok. I know the lengths you go to to realise your fishkeeping dreams and i'm sure you did everything you could and no one could've done more. just got my first rtg from hp and i couldn't even imagine the pain of losing him.

good work by admond. I hope your next one arrives safe and sound.
