A contact there brought it up to me. I've been talking with them about the aros for some time now. They're mostly interested in who is bringing them in from outside.

There's also a very good chance that most are scams. This has been discussed before, and I think the usfws has discovered that too. Claims of asians turn out to be jardini a lot from what I understand. People use pics of asians, sell them for $1200 and when you get the fish it's a jard. Some are legit, but the ones that are always on there are most likely a scam.

I personally know someone that has sold an adult red on Aquabid....He's located in Hillsdale, 30-45 minutes sout San Francisco....SO not all AA's are scams on AquaBid....

For one thing, if someone is so into the hobby to own a fish such as the Asian Arow, chances are he/she's been in the hobby for sometime.....Knowing this, the person is most likely known throughout the local fish community and would'n need to sell the thing in public....I would'nt....Come down to China town in the city and spend a month here(if you are new) and ask around....Chances are you'll come home with a few phone numbers and maybe a fish(if you are up to it).....
