ive been to this one arowana forum and alotof them have asian aros and they are from cali

I think you'd be better off with some of those. You'll save yourself the liability of keeping such a controvercial/illegal fish. Or go with either of the aros from Oz. A jar or leichardti are as close to asians as you will be legally able to get in the U.S.
