Hmmmm... Seriously? Yes the law is there and since we live in a place were we are able to freely question and dispute within reason, so why not try to dig deeper? You know it is annoying when people say sarcastic things just to be argumentative... For the record I do think this law is bogus, like all have said and said before, If they are truly endangered to the brink of extinction then would not the native breeding countries themselves impose the ban for export? hmmm this is not the case now and they are selling them all around the world minus the good old US. I do believe the law when first created had validity, but times are ever changing and here and now there is not valid enough evidence to support that it is even having the desired effect anymore. Again we can question, so I am sure someone here knows the right people and has the right connections to get something rolling. They say there are 2 people on the moderator board who work for the federal gov? If this is true I am pretty sure they like fish and wouldn't mind helping out their fellow hobbyists to more "legally" enjoy their pastime. If not we can all do our part and talk to our local political reps, donate to cites, join petitions and so much more (Google it!). We are all in the same hobby and looking for information to expand it and our own knowledge, quit being difficult all you "nay sayer's", did not your mother's ever tell you if you do not have something nice to say to keep it to yourselves? We are all here on this site to HELP each other or get HELP, right? FREEDOM TO ASIAN AROS IN THE US!
