maybe a mud skipper, well we like to call them that when we catch them in the rivers where i live.

almost looks like a pacific rockskipper, not mudskipper, rockskipper which is a tide pool/salt marsh/estuary fish
 
at first glance i would have said round goby, but the black line under their yes indicate otherwise. sorry man, i havent a clue

that is another very likely possibility. the mudskippers for sale on johnasaquarium look very similar to the fish in his pics

there is no way that is a knight goby. sorry to break it to you
