Kinda but that all works with the pond and tank being the same level... I was thinking and have been searching a little but i dont think it will work with the pond being ground level and tank being above ground as bar height unless i had some major pump n some off the wall check valve for when the power goes out lol... but i could swear i seen it somewhere that it can be done

i would make the actual pond sort of a huge sump and have a waterfall cascade from the tank back to the pond. ftw.

i just noticed you dont have an overflow. what you can do is drill some holes for bulkheads near where you want the water surface to stay at, just add a screen to the bulkhead to keep your tank contents from draining out.

sounds like a super fun project. good luck.

I wouldn't want that tank exposed to sunlight and the elements. Build a greenhouse or other structure for it.. you could make it into an aquaponics setup and raise your garden with it.... just a thought.. whatever you do, protect it fro the sun and elements

for me i would place it against my backyard wall and build up a unclosed cabinet to flush with my wall and a awning for the sun

I'd integrate into wetbar w a regular pond as sump.
