what do you plan on doing w/ the Pima's once they out grow your tank?
 
if only i could acquire one.... sure i could just get a pond in the double garage big enough... :naughty:

me hopes so too ^^ I'll be posting the pics as they grow-out and right up to the moving them to a bigger place

Thanks ^^ 2m long, 60cm wide. Should be OK for another couple of months

I am sure you can find on in the UK. If asian aros are legit there paima should be legit too.... the heating bill during winter would be quite staggering though i think ^^

Well, he was the smallest but i think he is moving up the pecking order since the largest paima moved away. He is still no match for the remainign paimas once they are moved i think i will isolate him or find a suitably mean mate for him.

Check out my outdoor thread in the catfish section. The largest paima resides there with the RTCs and gars. I got my paimas at the bend of dry season. The growth rate? Hmmm, did not really measured the paima but i'd say 3" a month (much faster than the silver aro lol)
