What units are the results in?

for instance if a test calue was 110 would that be good or bad?

Asking these questions because Iam looking at pond liners and I found a drop in 36 mil polypropylene liner that has the ASTM D4833 test result of 110.
 
Results are given in kiloNewton, SI measurement of force, according to standard. They are giving you the force needed to puncture the item. The test is intended for use on geomembranes. I do not have the specifics on the test (would need to pay for that) so I do not know how they try to puncture the items. Link to standard:
