I have a friend in SE MI who will be looking to get rid of his oscars soon, and I have always been under the assumption that one was a Crassipinnis. It was bought at about 6" at a LFS a couple of years ago, and is now easily 13+". It was labeled as a "Wild Oscar". It looks exactly like all pictures of the crassipinnis that I have seen on the net, as well as those in stilllearnin's pics. If they are that rare, maybe it's not. I will get pics to post.
