AT has a zit......

as the title said , my AT has a bump/zit looking thing on its head..... i know its hard to identify it without pics but could it be a tumor of sorts? can i put him under with Clove oil and try to lance it with a piercing needle (tattoo artist) if yes whats the is the mixture ration drops to ounces for it to calm the fish down ?
any real input and or similar experiences please post!

his eyes are awefully cloudy, hows ur water? and any other fish have spots? fins esp and around the gills

nope not ich know that for a fact , no other fish r effected , it looks like human eczema
