They all get it. They are all soft water species they hate hard water

yes, I know they are all susceptible, I'm not disputing that, but II's seem to get it more frequently compared to other species. I've had them and other pikes so I've experienced it first hand and know a lot of people that have had the same experiences. I had a II that had scars from it and got it again and I've also had a Tapajos I that died from it.
