Atf Question

I will get some pictures of the large gatf from my friend as its his friends tank. I don't know that guy personally. His gatf isn't the black morph coloration you are referring to, probably just dark from not having direct overhead lighting on. 5feet width is not even enough, the monsterfish keepers here have width average of 2 to 2.5m.. That is a whole lot of water and not many people have the space or luxury to do such a setup. 5feet width is just about the Max that I am able to do at my home basement here. I can't upgrade after that so that's something I have to be ready for. Also the answer to your question is yes, I have seen aimara being kept with gatfs and other monsterfish. The tank was huge though, 4.5m long 2m wide and 1.5m tall.

DB did at one point I believe. I'd say it's definitely possible. I know DB has an aimara with tatf and a vatf I believe right now.

Taking about upgrade....finally bit the bullet and ordered this 8x4x3 FGT. LOL!



This where the current ATFs comm plus AUL will go into. I might transfer either the aro / PB / Oscar over too if the need arises.

Will be coming in about 2 weeks and I hope to do a new thread / update on the ATFs in their new home.

I want to buy a FGT like that but not having much luck. Refuse to by from pentair after Sandnukka experience. Found 1 or 2 other places I need to research.
