ATF Very Skittish, any suggestions?

I have a 5" vatf and I always heard about how jumpy and skittish they are even how some have died from crashing the tank because of lights. I was suprised to see how bold mine is. Doesnt have a skittish bone in his body.

37 gallons may be the problem though

Agreed. from what ive read the OP's 4.5" atf is kept in a 37 gallon.

I was just saying that not all vatf juvies are skittish, atleast mine isnt. OPs problem may be the tank size
