hi guys i currently have 4 wild discus in a 140 liter aquarium with an ehim canister filter i am planning on upgrading to a 210 gallon aquarium with a 200 liter sump i know the sump is big but i want good filtration and i was wondering whether Atlantic stingrays can live with discus altums tetras i still have school and i dont know if stingrays need a lot of work by the way i use ro water so its no problem the water quality i do weakly 50 percent water changes and i have nitrate resin in my filter would there be better stingrays to keep in a 210 gallon aquarium by the way i am new to this website so i hope i am not doing anything wrong

by the way can i have plecos with stingray because i think they will eat the stingray slime coat

Atlantic ray is going to prefer cooler waters and is best in brackish or marine.
I would get a motoro or a black diamond, or some sort of full fresh Amazon ray.
Depends on pleco species. Not all are slime coat eaters. Bristlenose is a popular choice because it is a great algae eater and stays small. Not sure if it will avoid being ray good though.

whats the best affordable stingray for an 210 gallon cuz i dont have lots of money to spend on a stingray

Rays don’t come cheap. Pure Black diamond is out, they are 1000 (so beautiful it’s worth it lol). Many hybrids are a couple hundred.
Motoro or reticulated are generally cheaper, only 100-200 usually.
