i think dubai has the only seven star hotel in the world called Burj Al Arab, those pictures look very similar to it.
i watched a documentary on it.

It does. I heard rates start at around $1000/night, and most rooms are multistory and come with a personal butler

I actually ate dinner at a place just below this, and the building has 100's of lights which change color in unison. Very spectacular. However, when i was there, it appeared to have a glitch of some sort, as the lights were blinking rapidly and in strange patterns. Hopefully they fixed this by now
