Something the other half would enjoy for sure! I know he's grilled peppers with cream cheese in em but I don't think they had bacon wrapped around em...I won't touch em...peppers... :yuck:
 
I don't even really like peppers kels but these are delicious. Like Chris said, they have almost no bite once cooked.

Plus lil smokies and bacon, the meat to pepper proportion is just right
