After a scan on the net, yes pretty much everywhere I've seen says 16", 40cm.

I do however believe it can get bigger.

Thanks, Jelly. I know, (about size issue)... most sites say 40cm is max size. One in pics is about 17" or so. Have seen some in the 18"+ range, as well.
