Here are my water parameters, I tested my water on monday
Calcium - 480 ppm
Nitrate - 0 ppm
Phosphate - 0.0 ppm
Carbonate hardness - 10 dKH
Ammonia - 0.25 ppm
Nitrite - 0.0 ppm
High Range ph - 8.0
I did a 50% water change yesterday as well as cleaning off my rocks. I usually do a 25% every 5 days so I'll keep up on that. I'm getting the acrylic sheet cut for my refugium today the. Silicon them in place then buy live sand fiji live rock and some chaeto, I'll post pics when it's done.

PO4 @ zero ???? - time for a better testkit not possible in a fish tank. Ammonia @ .025 - this is deadly to all aquatic life but if nitrite is zero w/ ammonia once again bad test kit.

Sorry I looked back at my tests and my ammonia test was done wrong, I redid the test and I got a 0.0 for ammonia. I tested my test kits and when I tested my phosphate with my freshwater tank it instantly turned blue so my test kits are fine, and I bought them about two weeks ago. I bought my saltwater tank from my brother and he had it up and running for 1 1/2 months before I had it and I've had it up and running for about 2 1/2 months.

Saltwater testkits don't work on freshwater tanks - once again ZERO PO4 not possible even with organic carbon dosing like yeast, sugar or vodka.
Phosphates occur naturally within all fishtanks it is a by-product of organic decomposition.
