My Jag, 1 Oscar, and Clown loach have ich. None of my other fish do however. I bought API ich cure and API aquarium salt, how much of each should I put in my tank?

This is the amount of Ich cure and salt. The current aquarium is 75 gallons and includes scaleless fish that don't have ich

First off, NaCl (salt) is salt.
Aquarium salt, is no different than the salt you put in your water softener, or on your side walk, or on your food, only the cost is different.
To really cure ich, the salinity of the water in your tank needs to be equal to, or exceed 3ppt (parts per thousand).
I put rock salt in my tanks until the salinity meter exceeds 3ppt (by the way, the salinity of the ocean is @ 35ppt).
And to cure ich, it has to run its reproductive cycle, and will take at least a few weeks.
Just because the spots leave the fish, doesn't mean all the ice parasites are gone, some may be dormant, and will hatch out. Heat speeds the reproductive cycle, and gives the salt a chance to work, the salt kills newly emerging ich, it does not kill the ones on the body of the fish, it kills them as they hatch off the fishes body.
The fuzzy growth, could be a secondary infection, that attacks the lesions on the fish body, where newly hatched parasites came out.

The advice given above by duanes is good advice, however I see you having many more problems keeping all those large fish in a 75.
If this is a temporary home I hope it's a very temporary one for the sake of your fish.

As for how much medication you should add, follow the directions on the package.

anyone else notice the Dovii hiding behind the Jag and Oscar in the right corner? This tank is gonna get interesting real soon......

I never use medication for ich. Jack the temp to 88 and leave for two weeks. Increase aeration. Works every time for me. It seems no matter what even after QT when i introduce new fish to my community someone gets ich.
