Wow. Hang in there bro. Get A pro bono Lawyer...As long as you can prove there was no abuse (she would have to give a false statement to prove otherwise) She HAS to give you not 30 but 90 days from the time she gets an eviction notice notorized....All you need is a house key :) Then we need to get some of your stuff back..Do you have family? You need to bring your mom, dad, sisters, brothers, anyone to help you get your stuff. There are recourses for people who try to ruin Innocent peoples lives without just cause....

Two things, you didnt mention children so I'm guessing there arent any and if there arent then at least you dont have that to deal with. You didnt say whether or not the sheriff acted on the accusations against you and placed you under arrest so hopefully that didnt happen. You are in bad shape at a bad time of year but it could be worse and you sound like you will deal with and get over it and moveon with your life.God bless.

dude..man... that sucks.
i guess thats all i have to say other than im sorry. you dont want to hear what i would do in your shoes.

get a lawyer- this type of stuff gets me mad- and I am a woman. I believe in the system protect those who are being abused but to use the sytem to punish someone that is not guilty- that lying person needs to go to jail. Friend of mine had a girlfriend that accused him of kidnapping her at gun point (of course he didn't). He spent 6 months in jail until trial then he was aquitted on most of the charges and the judge dropped the rest. He then turned around and sued her. Now he will be getting a check from her for a very long time. Not a good substitute for losing 6 months of your life but at least he got something. IMO his ex-girlfriend should have been brought up on falsifying a police report and sent to jail for 6 months. Get a lawyer and make them prove abuse- and if they can't- go after her legally for it.

Sorry to hear that....Love hurts! :(
