usfws doesn't do that. It's called entrapment.

That is NOT entrapment. Its the same as planting a fake drug dealer at a corner and waiting to arrest all the potential drug buyers.

Have you ever watched MSNBC where the plant a child decoy to catch all the sickos? This would be the same thing, just the decoy is an asian aro.

They are not controling who bids on such a fish, or holding a gun to their head.:screwy:

No, there is a big difference. People who are going to buy crack were going to buy the crack whether it was from a cop or dealer. Posting an auction for a tropical fish on a website with no warning that the fish is illegal is entrapment. Luring a person to commit a crime that he/she wouldn't have commited without being lured is entrapment. What if somebody bought the fish without doing research? We know that happens all the time. They would be arresting people who never intended to break the law. Entrapment.

If a Rock Star spends 10 million dollars on nose candy (cocaine ) people say yep thats a rock Star..But when a rock star stay CLEAN of drugs and spend 10 million on a Music Studio people call him crazy and say that he will fail in life
