I tried NLS on all my fish. They wouldnt stray from Hikari. I think its the lack of smell from NLS pellets.

I think you should be good for a long time, its not like they're growing at fast rate with them already being more or less adults already, right? Love these fish, I've been thinking about getting one in the future. And are you going to add any tank mates or are these guys to big and pretty much consider anything as food?
I have one AUL and I noticed they are pretty dumb, slow, and uncoordinated. I can't imagine mine catching a fish. Worms have a good chance of getting away

Nope.
They seem to come in groups and it happens every 5 years or so. Mine was the last one sold by H2o aquatics, he brought in 50 I think, minimum order from an Australian breeder.
