Aurantimaculata - Top Size

Anyone out there who knows what top size the aurantimaculata can get.
I´ve read all from 8 inches ROFL: ) to 30 inchesWHOA: ) on different sites.

As i know, an adult aurantimaculata can get up to 90cm...

Mine are just a 5"-6", stil a baby...
I had read some books and websites had told that an adult aurantimaculata can get up to 90cm...

I get my own aurantimaculata from local fish shop...
I found that aurantimaculata are not easy available at all time according to their "breeding seasons"...
For other snakeheads sure available at all time such as Marulioides, Marulius and Micropeltes.

And it dont seem impossible. Mine grew from 20 cm ( 8 inches) to 35 cn ( 14 inches) in 4 months. He then jumped bail so to say, grrr.

90cm? I've never heard that before. 16" to 18" is what i've heard.

I think that 40cm is properly the max size for a auranti.

Over her in Japan, it is many times confused with the channa barca, which grows to around 90cm.

I sincerely hope that it only grows to 40cm...if not then i need a bigger tank!
