i kept 3 aussie before, sold the 1st one when it was 8inches, sold the 2nd one at 26inches.
after mths of hunting i finally secure my 3rd one, swear i am not going to part with aussie anymore, just love them than other fishes.
the common thing about aussie is that i notice particularly the centre of the eye always have a single white dot, i am pretty sure it is not cloudy eyes.
the other thing is that pleco cant be in the same tankas aussie, they will tend to suck the slime coating of the aussie, even i fed the pleco lots of food.
any idea if snails could do the same job as pleco as well?

How much are they in Pinoy land?? Was just there in Feb, saw some awesome tanks in Boracay, I am loving the Aussie dollar ATM.

The 'regency' in boracy has a stack of red aros.
In Feb I went to legazpi and went swimming with the whale sharks (Butanding) was amazing. I swam into a swarm of kril and a massive whale shark of course didn't really distinguish the different between me and the plankton! I almost pooped my pants!
