I didn't measure this exactly, but thats a good guess. If I measured it would be between 20-25cm.

Yeah. I didn't really catch him, a fella was fishing and we went to look at his catch, and as we turned up I saw a fish in the shallows, so the fella put the bait there and the fish took it. He was going to release it and I asked if I could have it. My mate got a turtle. (murray river turtle, introduced)

Dude murray turtles are native, hope your mate gets in Shet for not having a license, does he even have a UV light? Does he know how to care for it properly?
