If the spots are pink then it's definately a Leichardi. Jars have red spots

That is 100% Jardini, spot color doesn't tell you if its leichardti or jardini. You have to look at the headshape,bodyshape.

Just had another look at the pic and agree this looks more like a jar than lei. Didn't notice the headshape until you pointed it out

Btw Australian Arowana is broken down into 2 species- Scleropages Leichardti and Scleropages Jardini.
