They aren't venemous dude. I guess any snake that bites could leave a pretty descent gash on a todler. Hope they aren't venemous cos if they are i'm lucky I wasn't bit LOL

they're venomous. do some research. and you are lucky, because your limb would have puffed up twice it's size and would have been sore for ages. they have a nasty bite.

thanks for the info guys,
and for the person who asked the language is Armenian. it has 38 letters in its alphabet lol. nothing like russian cause it is a middle eastern language.

so unless i move to a ranch or something in the ouback im not very likely to see dangerous animals?
i watched an "evolve" special on venom and the amount of venomous australian animals shocked me!

how is the fishkeeping scene in australia? plenty of cichlids i hope =D

lots of cichlids.... bit expensive. you've goto really look around for those good buys like RTC's and Silver arows and such. but it's pretty good, yeah.

ooh i have another question.

its not that tanks are expensive here, its just that houses are so small here. so you can have maybe a 5foot tank if your lucky. i know america has big houses, so in australia are the houses generaly big enough for monster tanks?

depends. In my house I could have like 12 8footers. lol. does that answer your question? :D

wow!!! my house isnt tiny, it has 3 floors but the longest i have is 4foot. with all furniture packed in and the lay out of walls its just hard to have a big tank.

ive not heard any reasons to not move to australia.

Lets just say the longest wall in my house is 22'. :grinno:

asian and local cars dominate the roads, most areas have water restrictions (not mine:headbang2) alot of monster fish are unbelivebly expensive, other than cichlids, fishkeeping in general is expensive compared to other countries, some fish that may be common in some countries are illegal here, koi are illegal in every state except for nsw and sa, you can keep hardy tropicals outdoors north of brisbane, alot of areas require you to have a pool fence around any body of water deeper than 30cm (1 foot), 10 gallons are not common, 5 gallons are more common, everything is measured in metres even though tank measurements are still in inches and feet, and an air conditioner is a must. houses are big and land blocks in cities are small. sydney is like l.a, traffic jams, heavy pollution, huge urban sprawl, lots of gangs. in my opinion not a good place to live.

i have a blank wall (no windows) in my house that is 30' long
