Hi and welcome!

Automate? As in how? Automatic water changes maybe? (interesting concept now that I think about it ;) )

Dedicated PC (or a PLC with HMI), high and low level indicators, pvc pipe, 110 volt valve actuators, pump, water line taps, in line thermometer with output, heater control with input, reservoir for Prime...it's all there, but it would be a fairly major undertaking to get it done.

Drip system? Oh, a new topic to search :)

-automatic water changer-
-automatic feeder.
-automatic lighting.

There are some threads about DIY automatic water changers, look for them.

have your tank somewhere near the outside and then you can run an overflow from a sump so a drain and run a hma filter from the water supply going into the tank. I do this on 280ish g tank and have never done a manual water change in the time ive had the tank.

I have an automatic waterchanger that I built with a lawn sprinkler timer a float switch and water pumps also all lighting on timers. If someone figures out how to automatically feed 2lbs of shrimp a week that would really help me out haha
