Hi, go to your user control panel (that's in red) Go to Settings and Opintions and you'll see Edit avatar! Its that simple! GOO LUCK1

It does depend on the size or what you've done!

.BMP is not a valid picture format to upload on this site. Open it up in Microsoft paint and save as a .jpg or .gif.

well the image is 133 by 132 pixels.. i think that is small enuf
