i tried putting up a avatar but i couldnt figure it out how to put one up. can some1 help me out?????

Go to your user CP.
Then click on edit Avatar.
when the screen apears go down to the little box which says BROWSE.
Click on BROWSE.
Then just browse your pictures until you find one you like which is not too big.
