60 - Old enough to remember:
Never doing water changes or stirring up the gravel for fear of....

Yeah, it was emphasized that ANY "sudden" changes were dangerous so I did them after all the fish died and tank was empty... I was told never do more than 10% WC's with fish....went through more ich meds than dechlor! Live-bearers were the hot ticket for constant restocking.
