Fasciatum doesn't have a pattern quite as elaborate as tigrinums do. Live Aquaria is selling them for $46.

Two totally different species. You're looking at some major cash to get one of the ones bigfish posted up. P. fasciatum are the cheaper ones that are very common in the trade. I can get them in montana for $25 and I've only ever seen 3 for sale here.
