Maybe...but like 5 people have said females 10 ft and males around 7 ft. Not to mention, several have established that locale is a factor as well.
Not trying to argue, but IMO, unless we know exactly what subspecies/gender of boa he has, we're not going to know exactly how big its gonna get. So until that happens, I just think its kinda moot for all of us to keep throwing numbers around. As I said before, he has a "pretty good idea." Some say 7 ft, some say 8 ft...not enough to really argue about really in terms of preparing a cage.

He asked average lengths for a common boa. Now if that means a wider size range so be it, cause I doubt he knows its locale.
