Green Spotted Puffers and Figure 8 Puffers are not completely freshwater, and need bigger than 10Gs.

exdons, saber tooth tetra have like 3 they tap out at like 3 inches?

i dont think saber tooth tetras tap out at 3 inches.... dont they get to be about 30 inches?

Oscar...In a 10 gallon, an Oscar will only get 20" long, which is about the width of the tank, so you are good.
