Cut up silversides and they have been hitting gold plus pellets but spitting them out.

Right after I posted that question I noticed that you were the same member I questioned yesterday.I didn't see your name right away and thought you were another poster chiming in.I was asking because I picked one up and hope to soon get it onto floating pellets like my kelberi.

Haha....I got one of the small ones like yours and so far it moves toward a pellet when my young Bahia goes for one.It has not taken any yet though.It ate a few bloodworms but spit out a lot of them.It is a little thin so I am Leary about giving it nothing untill it eats the pellets.I will try some cut up fish to fill it's belly.
