First...if Jeff sexed it I would defer to his judgment. Females have a rounder body and shorter fins. Males a bit more elongated. Forget the colors...this is a female Honduran Managuense...but look at the body shape. This fish is four inches here.

Here's Jumbo at the same size...damn I miss that fish. If I was to post this and ask I would bet it would be overwhelmingly female. Their spot pattern tightens up when they get older...the females don't.
