NO WAY! i think they look really nice! they look like they were meant to travel around all depths of the tank and have much easier time catching foods that dont stay on the surface. kinda like the legal compensation of a SH. but much more graceful :). i can't imagine this fish getting DE it just doesn't seem like it would make sence.

I have the same babies together- There was 3 blacks but Darwins notion of survival of the fittest took over- There was also 2 afros "because theyre peaceful" and that was proven wrong without any real casualties though- the black and afro hardly even acknowledge each other, just feeding time when the afro has bloodworms exiting his gills(pretty gross) the black follows and eats the out the gill worms- the picture is a few weeks old now-the blacks color change is really obvious now
