It doesn't matter. If you are feeding frozen, make sure to thaw it out before feeding.
Eating cold food would give your arowana stomach problems.
Personally I'll go with freeze-dried since handling them is much more easier.
Go for Hikari FD bloodworms, they have this nifty cap which you can open and pour some BW into the tank.
