i wouldnt really feed it crickets that small the shell can be hard to digest. try live blood worms & frozen thawed brine shrimp/blood worms. maybe a feeder here and there like once a week as a treat to kinda fatten/bulk him up. what i would do is break hikari arowana sticks into small bits and mix it with bloodworms and brine shirmp & see if itll take the pellets if does you can slowly process into maken the pellet a stable food in the aro's diet. just my 2cents.
Reduce cricket feeding gradually as other have mentioned. Not good to get them hooked to cricket at such a young age
