baby arro needs help!!!!!!

my 4 inch silver arro aparently tryed jumping out of his tank
hes scratched very badly
all of his scales are missing from on side and his eye its blurry
will he make a full recovery?
what can i do to help him?
 
Raise temp (forgot to how much 87 F,I think). Add salt 5 gallons per tea spoon.
 
Raise the temperitue to 86 and add a medicinal amount of salt or melifix. get the tank top sealed so it can't happen again and keep the lights off for a few days.

Thats backwards...1 teaspoon per 5 gallons... 5 gallons of salt per teaspoon of water would be.....LOL

yeah, they basically covered it. Try to leave the aro alone for a couple days too. (just occasional check ups, don't stare at it)
If there is other fish in the tank, keep them separated.
 
also if you have any type of medicine that heals open wounds then you should use that but make sure you read how much per gallon on the back of it
 
all the possible things to be done have been listed above
just hope that the little fellow makes it

i have a smaller sand goby in the tank
and larger cory cat in with em
with LOTS of cover
they should be fine
his scales seem to be healing
theyre turning a darker color
but hes not moving as much as he normally does
and hes not eating
