Baby Black Aro's (Pics!)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
So after a few nerve-wracking days, it looks like the two surviving aros will be fine. The one that I was worried about has gone back to eating and lost his stress coloration and now seems to be swimming normally. :D. Now on to the next challenge which is raising them to adult size...that should be very fun. As far as compatibility goes, is it going to be ok to reintroduce them at some point or are they going to have to remain separate? they certainly didnt get along well when I first got them, but do they mellow out as they get bigger? And finally here's a few pics of them in their respective tanks. They are such incredible fish!

if they don't get along together now, they probably never will, but may if the tank is large enough. the two I have right now get along just fine. I think I may have to steal brian's, lol.

last time i've seen em that small was in 2000

try to put them back together again now, cause the more they get used to each other at a young age the better
